The Type of Pie:

• FRUIT PIES OFFERED: Dutch Apple, Peach, Pumpkin, Cherry, Blueberry, Red Raspberry, Caramel Pecan, and Strawberry-Rhubarb. The fruit pies offered are 10", 40 oz. pies made with the best fruit, inside a flaky crust. All pies except Pumpkin and Caramel Pecan are ready to bake. These are both simply thawed and served.

• CREAM/MERINGUE PIES OFFERED: Lemon Meringue, Cookies 'N Cream, Banana Cream and French Silk. The cream/meringue pies are 10", mouth watering, 30 oz. Pies. They are all ready to thaw and serve.

BEC Foods Will Furnish:

• SALES INFORMATION AND ORDER INFORMATION. You will also receive "Leadership and Seller" instructions. These little "tips" can help your fund raiser run smoothly. WE ALWAYS BRING EXTRA PIES. This way you do not have to stop selling until your Pie Day is over.

• OUR FREEZER TRAILER FOR YOUR PICK-UP DAY. These are frozen pies and need to stay frozen. We will arrive with a freezer trailer and stay during your entire pick-up time.

• YOU ARE LEFT WITH NO UNWANTED INVENTORY! Because we stay with you, any pies that are not picked up and you do not want to keep, we take back.

What You Will Need for a Successful Pie Day:

• THE DESIRE TO SELL AND THE TIME TO DO IT. You should start selling at least two weeks before your pick-up day. Once you have set a date for pick-up, we will send you the sales information approximately six weeks before that date.

• MONITORING OF THE SALE. The person in charge should keep in touch with the sales progress. This is important because we will call the lead person two days before your pick-up day for a count of the total of each type of pie sold.

• PEOPLE TO WORK DURING THE PICK-UP DAY. You should have 6 to 10 people to work the pick-up day. You should also have a location with ample parking, a location with 110 and 220 volt electrical power for our Pie Trailer, an 8' table and ample change.

• SUGGESTED PICK-UP TIME IS 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM FOR MORNING OR 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM FOR EVENING.
